Psychotherapy is rooted in philosophy.
We tend to overlook that crucial detail… but psychotherapy, impactful and transformative psychotherapy remains deeply connected and not divisive of philosophy – which allows for seeing and understanding the bigger picture.
And within the frame of bigger picture real transformation begins.
This is achieved by constant learning and expanding – so when I am not working I am deeply immersed in the works of philosophers and the canon of classical literature… from Aristotle to Camus, and from Ovid to Márquez… and back, of course.
